Mr. Lee obtained his law degree from the University of Liverpool and was called to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn in 1996. He completed his pupillage at Messrs. Allen & Gledhill and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in October 1997.
From 1998 to 2008, Mr. Lee practiced in Hong Kong, initially with the UK-based firm Masons (now Pinsent Masons), specializing in construction law and arbitration. He later joined the international law firm Sidley Austin and subsequently served in the Corporate Finance Department of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong.
Mr. Lee has broad experience in corporate and commercial law, construction law, arbitration, and conveyancing and property transactions. He has advised PRC clients on construction law (including the drafting of construction and building contracts) and investments in Malaysia, such as factory acquisitions for local manufacturing and corporate acquisitions.
He is also a Notary Public, providing services for the official witnessing of legal and commercial documents.

Ms. Lai graduated from the University of London with an LL.B (Hons) (Second Class Upper) in 2007 and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2010. She chambered under the guidance of Ms. Chua See Hua at Messrs. Raslan Loong in 2009. She was a Legal Assistant for Richard Voon & Associates from 1st September 2010 until 30th December 2011. She joined our Firm as a Legal Assistant since 1st January 2012 and is handling corporate and commercial and conveyancing.

CERTIFICATE OF LEGAL PRACTICE (CLP)
Ms. Lye graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) from the University of London. She subsequently obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2024, while actively contributing to our firm, where she has been an integral part of the team since 2020. In 2025, she completed her mandatory 9-month pupilage with us and was subsequently admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. Since joining our firm, Ms. Lye has focused on corporate and commercial law, construction and building agreement (main and sub contract agreements) drafting, as well as conveyancing.
